This class is for the complete beginner through to intermediates with all levels of fitness catered for as these classes teach the full range of thai boxing techniques.
Through the bag and pad work outs this class can be as demanding as you wish to make it but as your fitness levels increase you will be pushed in order to keep you improving. There are always enough Instructors in these sessions to help with your technique and provide demonstrations.
