Circuit Training Class.
Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. The Super Gym circuit class is an intense sixty-minute multistage workout that focuses primarily on body weight exercise to target various components of fitness. In these sessions you can expect to work in a group improving strength, stamina, speed and core strength whilst gaining confidence and losing weight.
