The gym operates a range of classes to suit everyone, please click on the above links in order to find the one that is most suitable for you. The new "Lunch Box" program is a fast-paced and effective 30-minute workout that's designed specifically for the busy professional. It is a tightly packed circuit-training system consisting of Thai Boxing Fitness and full-body conditioning drills!
The system uses fitness components such as skipping, shadow boxing, circuit training, light weights and core conditioning. When combined with Muay Thai impact training (pad and bag work), it adds another whole new level to your fitness regime that will burn fat and tone your muscles fast. Changing rooms and shower facilities are available to ensure that you are presentable when you return to work.
