Ladies Thai Kickboxing (Tuesday & Thursday
6.00 - 7.00 pm)
The Super Gym Ladies Thai Kickboxing is a 'ladies only' class that caters for
all levels of fitness and ability, this class concentrates on burning calories
through thai boxing inspired training and is run by a female Instructor. These
sessions are designed to tone, improve flexibilty and are one of the most effective
ways to speed up weight loss! Benefits of this session include's quick fat
loss, total body muscle toning, superb cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility,
stress reduction and improved balance and coordination. A typical class will
