The UFC (The Ultimate Fighting Championship) is the largest promoter of MMA and holds several worldwide events every year with countless fighters competing from across the globe.

MMA's focused drills improves fitness and strength, gives increased flexibility and agility and will also decrease stress levels and help boost self-confidence. This total body toning session provides the opportunity to become skilled in a wide variety of martial arts and become the ultimate athlete with the potential to achieve success in MMA competitions.

The class is led by a qualified instructor in a safe and well-structured environment. Tailored to individual needs, it will enable you to get the maximum benefit out of your workout, whilst learning new skills every session.
