We specialise in affordable individual sessions, either on your own, or with friends. You will have your own personal session that can be tailored to any fitness level at any time to suit with the highest level of tuition.
Whether it's a few private sessions to allow you to understand the basics of the sport before you join a class or a regular weekly session to help you achieve the result you want.
You will quickly see the benefits of Thai Boxing which include quick fat loss, total body muscle toning, superb cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, stress reduction and improved balance and coordination.
